Fire protection coordination · Ontario

Engineered confidence for the buildings you manage.

Sprinklers, detection, inspections and maintenance for commercial properties — coordinated through one point of contact and carried out by qualified, licensed contractors.

The challenge

A building's most important system is the one nobody sees — until the inspection.

Multiple trades

Sprinklers, alarms, lighting and extinguishers often mean different contractors and schedules.

Changing requirements

The Ontario Fire Code was updated with changes in effect from January 2026.

Deadlines

Inspection orders and deficiency lists need to be corrected and documented on time.
